About

You will be joining Academic Software, the team that specialises in software for schools. Academic Software acts as an intermediary for the purchase of software licences (such as Microsoft and Adobe) and offers an online software portal with more than 900 software titles for secondary and higher education.

We are looking for 3 students to strengthen our team of Service Desk Engineers.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A STUDENT IN OUR SERVICE DESK TEAM LOOK LIKE? 

As a Service Desk Engineer, you are the go-to person for our customers. They can turn to you with all their questions and problems. You offer them support via email, live chat or telephone.

With your communicative skills, you inform them and solve their problems. Are you unable to solve them? Then you make sure that they are forwarded to the correct department.
